退款与取消政策
Return and Cancellation Policy
我们理解每一份订单都承载着您的心意,因此我们会尽全力为您提供满意的服务。请在下单前确认好所有订单细节,以下是我们的退款与取消条款:
1. 花束 / 礼物定制商品
• 因为花束与定制商品属于个人化服务,一旦制作中或完成后恕不接受退款或更改。
• 若您在确认订单后 超过1小时 才要求取消,将无法退款。
2. 二手商品(包包、鞋子等)
• 所有商品售出前我们会详细拍照与说明,确保货物状况透明,一旦售出不接受退换或退款。
• 若商品在运输过程中严重受损,请在收到货后24小时内联系我们,并提供照片,我们将尽力协助。
3. 取消订单
• 若订单尚未开始处理,可申请取消并全额退款(适用于未制作、未包装、未出货的订单)。
• 若已开始处理(采购、包装、定制),我们将酌情扣除成本后退款。

1. 客户下单即表示已同意我们的服务内容与价格。
2. 请务必提供 正确的联系信息、收件地址与订单说明,我们将以您提供的数据为准。
3. 本公司有权拒绝不合理或不完整的订单请求。
4. 所有二手商品皆为实物拍摄,我们会如实描述其状态,客户下单即表示同意接受其自然磨损状况。
5. 网站内所有图片与内容,未经许可不得复制、下载或用于商业用途。

Y&Z 尊重并保护您的个人资料。我们承诺不会未经授权披露您的信息,您的隐私安全是我们的责任。
1. 我们仅收集完成订单所需的信息,如姓名、联系方式、收货地址等。
2. 您的资料仅用于:
• 处理与完成订单
• 与您联系订单事项
• 提供客户服务或售后跟进
3. 我们绝不会将您的个人资料出售、转让或泄露给任何第三方。

Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver flower bouquets and gifts within Malaysia. For deliveries outside our standard coverage area, please contact us for a custom arrangement.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be offered for selected areas or during promotions.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
• Orders for ready-made products will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order or customised products may take 3–7 working days to prepare before shipping.
• Same-day delivery is available for selected areas and products (please contact us before placing your order).
4. Delivery Method
We use trusted courier services and/or in-house delivery for selected locations. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped (for courier deliveries).
5. Risk & Responsibility
All products are carefully packed before shipment. Y&Z Ebiz Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen events. In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence for assistance.
6. Special Notes for Fresh Flowers
As flowers are perishable, delivery times must be confirmed in advance. If the recipient is not available to receive the order, we may leave the item with a neighbour or at the reception, or reschedule with additional delivery charges.
